Badger specifies that all of our shipments are packaged in materials that are easily recycled and by minimising the use of ink where we can. We aim to transition to bi-degradable vacuum packaging in the future, to minimise wastage and space.
Renewable Energy
Through the use of solar power and other energy smart initiatives on our distribution & office facilities, Badger aims to be energy neutral.
QuickDispose
A large proportion of used and damaged PPE is sent to landfill. Badger is working hard to establish a sustainable and cost effective recycling program for items like freezer jackets, gloves & boots. Some initial ideas include shredding freezer jackets so they can be used in boxing bags, and donating usable retired safety footwear to disadvantaged groups & countries.
