Some history.

Advance Safety is founded.

Now well over 15 years ago, 2003 marked the beginnings of Badger Australia. Ben Cox founded it after leaving the family business, and began touring the country-side, selling specialized safety gear out of a 6 x 4 trailer trading as Advance Safety. It was a hard slog, but Ben enjoyed the challenge every day brought forth, and he enjoyed the industry. Safety supplies was rewarding – it saved lives!

We begin battling the cold.

In 2010 we began stocking freezer clothing, gloves, boots and hats for the Australian cold storage industry. This was a massive development for the business, but a rewarding and enjoyable one. We still specialise in developing innovative products and solutions for the industry.

Badger Australia is born.

In 2015, following a management shift, Advance Safety underwent another significant development. We re-branded to ‘Badger Australia’, and began focusing our range to better suit our customers and ourselves. We vowed to serve our target industries better through more a more specialised, focused product range. This marked the beginning of our current era.

Today – the fastest growing workwear provider in Australia.
