A Partnership Built on Purpose

It started with a simple question from Lineage: “Can we create freezer jackets that actually fit our female team members?”

That question turned into something far more meaningful, a collaboration built on shared values of inclusion, safety, and comfort at work.

When Lineage, the world’s largest cold-storage logistics company, partnered with Badger Workwear, the goal wasn’t just new uniforms. It was to make women working in extreme conditions, sometimes as low as –25 °C — feel confident, safe, and truly part of the team.

Together with Laurel O’Donnell, Anastacia Perrin, and the Lineage team, Badger co-designed a true women’s-fit freezer jacket. The process involved direct feedback from female team members who live the job every day, forklift drivers, pickers, and warehouse operators.
