Badger Australia’s Free Shipping

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Badger Australia offers (completely) free shipping on all orders placed by businesses on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

For retail or consumer orders, there is a small flat rate shipping fee for orders under $150+GST. Badger Australia pays the freight on any orders over $150+GST!

(To qualify as a business, you simply need to enter your ABN on the field on the register page or the checkout page.)

And just because the shipping is free it doesn’t mean it should be slow! Badger Australia understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

When you order online, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days (for smaller orders) and 2-7 days for larger orders that are road freighted.

Need something really urgently? Choose Express Shipping!

For those super urgent orders that you MUST have air freighted, even if they are large, you can choose the Express Shipping option on the check out page. For a small fee of $45, we will push your order to ‘the front of the line’, and will air freight up to 3 x 5kg cartons. Every carton after the third will incur a further $10 express fee (one of our Client Support team will call to confirm, if you exceed 3 cartons).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Badger Australia reserves the right to terminate or alter the terms of this offer without prior notice.
• We require a street address for delivery.
• Orders placed after 1pm ACST will normally be dispatched on the next business day based on stock availability.
• All deliveries are made Monday – Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.

8. Delivery of Goods

8.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods is taken to occur at the time that: (a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods at Badger’s address; or (b) Badger (or Badger’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.

8.2 The cost of Delivery will be payable by the Client in accordance with the quotation provided by Badger to the Client, or as otherwise notified to the Client prior to the placement of an order for Goods.

8.3 At Badger’s sole discretion: (a) Badger Australia may provide free shipping and returns and the following conditions apply:

(i) businesses that have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN), and have ordered through Badger’s website may receive free shipping;

(ii) retail or consumer orders shall pay a flat rate shipping fee; and

(iii) express shipping shall incur a shipping fee.

8.4 Badger may deliver the Goods in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.

8.5 The Client must take Delivery by receipt or collection of the Goods whenever they are tendered for Delivery.

8.6 Any time specified by Badger for Delivery of the Goods is an estimate only and Badger will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client because of Delivery being late. However, both parties agree that they shall make every endeavour to enable the Goods to be delivered at the time and place as was arranged between both parties. If Badger is unable to supply the Goods as agreed solely due to any action or inaction of the Client, then Badger shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
