We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Heat Press Operator to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting the finer details right, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heat press machines once trained
- Ensure accurate and consistent placement of logos and designs
- Heat press logos across a wide range of garments
- Use computer systems to manage jobs, work through tasks, and troubleshoot where needed
- Prepare and allocate jobs ready for production
- Fold, pack, and finalise each order to a high standard
- Complete manual handling tasks, including some heavier lifting
- Assist with warehouse picking as required

- Strong attention to detail and an accuracy-focused mindset
- Ability to think ahead and problem-solve on the go
- Effectively communicate amongst all team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Physically fit and capable of standing and moving throughout the day
- Able to handle repetitive and sometimes monotonous tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt and embrace change
- Team-oriented – someone who looks out for others and contributes to a good workplace vibe
